My brother-in-law turned me on to this recently and I decided to give
Entourage DVD a try. I ended up watching the whole first season in one sitting, even though it meant going short of sleep for a night. The show is that good.
The Simpsons DVD It focuses on an up and coming Hollywood star and his group of hangers on, or entourage.
True Blood DVD The movie star, Vince, has a pretty face and some acting talent but he's grown far too used to getting what he wants. Eric is the best friend and personal manager who keeps him grounded.
The Tribe DVD Turtle, his gopher, is an annoying little punk you'd like to slap around but that's part of his charm. Jeremy Pivin is Ari, Vince's sleazy but effective agent. My favorite character is Vince's has-been brother, Johnny Drama, played by Kevin Dillon. Just about everything Dillon says is hilarious and he's made me laugh so hard I've cried a couple of times.
Monk DVDSince I don't have HBO, I'll have to wait until they come out with the seventh season on DVD to keep up with my boys. You can bet I will.
